We are a Sustainable Commercial Company, focussing on the biggest topic of our time: climate change. We are here to take meaningful, transparent climate action.

Our story

The story of Regreener started in October 2020, when our co-founders Job van Hooijdonk and Bernard de Wit enjoyed a plate of vegetarian bami. They discussed the lack of transparency in the climate solutions business. Fast forward half a year: on May 5th 2021, Regreener launched its platform, offering climate solutions for businesses and individuals.

In February 2022, 100,000+ trees were planted and the first full-time employee became part of the team. Since then, the team has grown to 10 employees, 150+ businesses joined our mission and many climate projects have been added to our impact portfolio.

We are proud of our team and our community, and cannot wait to make exponential climate impact in the coming years!

Regreener carefully selects the projects it supports. We look at a project's ability to sequester CO2, its impact on biodiversity and its social impact.

When we talk about social impact, we mean it. Our projects provide jobs to local communities whilst improving the quality of life in the project area. Social equality and diversity are key in what we do.
